Appointments are being made between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exteriors, wood fences, patios/balconies, attics, garage/carport interiors, and unit interior living spaces inspected and treated for termites.

Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

    What exactly does the pest and termite inspection entail? How long will the inspection take? Do we have to leave overnight?
