Appointments are being made between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exteriors, wood fences, patios/balconies, individual patio covers, attics, garage/carport interiors and interiors inspected and treated for termites.

Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

    Hi, I’m new to this and a bit confused. I noticed for every day on the schedule (October 6th-11th) all the options say “booked”. How will I be able to schedule a time?

    We see termites every year and believe an inspection is important, but there does not appear to be any available appointments. Please open more soon!

    Hello, why was not comment not posted? Like others, I tried multiple times over the past 5 weeks to get the online scheduler to work. Please contact me via email to schedule a time to inspect.

      Please choose your street, them you can see the calendar for your street. Choose from the date and time available on the calendar or call our office (949) 837.6483

    I can’t create an appointment. I put in my street name and the calendar comes up, but I can’t click on tomorrow’s date (or any other date). I would like to set up an appointment for Tuesday June 13 at 10am (flexible on the time but this would be most convenient)
