Appointments are being made between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’

exteriors, fences, patios/balconies, attics, and garage/carport interiors inspected and treated for termites. Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

    Will the inspectors need to access the empty space between the dirt hill and my lower level? It’s under the street and only accessible from inside the home, through a little door. We call it The Dirt Closet.

    I had already signed up for an appointment (May 14) because of a notice I got about a month ago. But now my landlord emailed me a new notice telling people on my street to sign up for inspections are May 20- June 22. Is my May 14 appointment valid?
