Appointments are being made between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exterior common areas, patios and balconies, attics, garage/carport interiors and interior living spaces inspected and treated for termites.

Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

    My HOA La Jolla Vila Gardens said to make an appointment with you but it looks like the dates for an inspection are passed. what do I do?
