The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exteriors, patios/balconies, attics, garage/carport interiors and unit interiors inspected and treated for termites.

Hi I am at 185 Juniper Carlsbad and somehow missed the inspector on last Friday as I missed his call and knock on the door but I’m here working on my place so anytime someone is in the neighbor hood or your convenience is ok with me just send me a email or text is fine 818 ***-**** Chris I’m here all day working so if you just want to call at anytime to check it out is ok sorry for any inconveniences, Chris .
