Appointments are being made between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exteriors, HOA common Areas, wood fences, unit patios and balcony’s and individual patio covers, interior of carports inspected and treated for termites.

Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

    Termites are present in carport behind 813 Valley (Stevens Manor). Droppings are visible on top of cars. Thank you.
